A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING SALARY RESOLUTION
NO.
-•- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Salary Resolution No. 79-41 of the City of
Lynwood be amended to include the following salaries and wages
for employees of the various classifications falling within the
_. schedule enumerated below and made a part hereof, effective at
the beginning of the first regular pay reriod subsequent to the
adoption. of this resolution.

Section.2, Effective June 1, 1979, any employee hired or
promoted to Step A of ,a different range of pay shall receive-
- the Step B salary at the successful completion of the probation-
ary period. Increases to Step C,D and E within any pay range
shall be based on satisfactory job performance~by the individual
' - and shall be reviewed at least at the following intervals:
Step C - One.. (1) -year after
Step D - One (1) year after
Step E - One (1) .year after
Employees hired or promoted
receive the next step. at the suc~

tionary period. Other increases within the range shall be
followed as described above. -
Section 3. Employees in the classifications of Firefighter;
• Engineer, and Captain shall receive longevity-pay as follows:
After 5 years of employment - $250 additional annual pay
over base pay
After 10 years of employment - .$500 additional annual pay
' ~ over base day
After 15 years of employment - $750 additional annual pay
