A RESOLUTION OF THE .CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF~LYNWOOD APPROVING THE LETTER OF UNDERSTAND-
SING BETWEEN~THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD REGARDING THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC
TRANSPORTATION COMPANY RAILROAD TRACK RE-
LOCATION, 07-LA-105
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City"of Lynwood desires
to expedite the construction of the I-105 Century Freeway, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood also
desires to -expedite the SPTC railroad right-of-way construction as
"related to the I-105 Century Freeway through ,execution of a Letter
of Understanding,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED-by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that Said Council approves subject Letter of
Understan-ding.
.PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October
1979.
