A RESOLUTIONd OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYid1YO0D APPROVING AND ADOPTING SUPPLEl1ENT NO. S
4 & 5, LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGRELDiENT NO. 07-5250,
FOR LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL AID SAFETY Ir1PROVEAIENT
PROJECT
jYHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
continually intends to improve public safety, and
1YHEREAS, the City Engineer has applied for Federal.
Highway .Safety Act Funds for the improvement of mastarm, left
turn, and pedestrian signals, and traffic signal in connection
in the City of Lynwood,
NOSY, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Lynwood that:
Section 1. The City Council approves the application
for Federal Highway Safety Act Funds for various Traffic Signal
Improvement Projects
Section 2. The City Council adopts Local Agency-
Si;ate Agreement No. 07-5250 Supplement I1o.s 4 and 5 for the
Traffic Signal Improvement Projects in accordance with Paragraph _
2 of Article II of said agreement.
