A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYI~~'OOD ESTABLISHING CAR ALL0~ITANCE
FOR THE POSITION OF CITY MANAGER
jl'HEREAS, the position of City Manager requires the use
of a car in order to adequately perform the duties of said position;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to provide compensation
to the City Manager for the use of his car in connection with the
performance of said duties; and
NOR', THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
hereby does resolve that, effective November 19, 1979, the City
manager shall receive a car allowance in the amount of $280 per
month.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this ~ 20th day of November
1979.
