A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYN~ti'OOD APPROVING A LOT DIVISION
ON LOT 474 OF TRACT 3335; COr4MONLY KNOti9N
AS 3559 "- 3563 PLATT AVENUE, LYN~400D
S4HEREAS, the City of Lynwood has received an application
for a lot division on lot 474 of tract 3335, commonly known as
3559 - 3563 Platt Avenue, Lynwood.
ti1'}-}EREAS, the Planning Commission of the. City of Lynwood,
after giving notice thereof as required by law, has held and
conducted a Public Hearing concerning said application and, based
upon the evidence presented thereat, has adopted its Resolution
No.
~tiHEREAS, said City Council, after providing notice
thereof as required by law, has held and conducted a Public Hearing
to consider said application and has heard and considered all pertin-
ent evidence presented thereat, .~
N0~9, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Lynwood hereby does find, determine, and order as ~
follows:
Section 1. The new lots created by the granting of
this lot division will not be substantially different
from those properties in the surrounding neighborhood.
Section 2. Adequate provisions have been made for
all public utilities and services to include right-
of-way improvements.
Section 3. The granting-_of said division of land will
not be materially detrimental to the public welfare
nor injurious to the property or the improvements in.
the vicinity and zone in which said land is located and ~~
will not be contrary to or adversely affect the Compre-
hensive General Plan.
Se"ction"~4. Applicant shall repair asphalt driveways
where necessary.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ,the City Council of the City
of Lynwood approves the division of lot 474 of tract 3335 addressed
at 3559 - 3563 Platt Avenue, subject to the following conditons:
That the owner shall construct or reconstruct all off-
site improvements to the satisfaction of the Public 1'sorks Depart-
ment. -
