A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT TO ALLOW THE OPERATION OF A PRE-SCHOOL
ON LOT 159 OF TRACT 2551, SPECIFICALLY KNOWN
AS 3550 EAST IMPERIAL HIGHWAY, LYNWOOD
,WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has received ari appli-
cation for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a
pre-school on lot 159 of tract 2551, specifically known as
3550 East Imperial Highway, Lynwood,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Lynwood
after giving notice thereof as required by law has held and .
conducted a Public Hearing concerning said application,~,and,
based upon the evidence presented thereat, has adopted its
Resolution No. 682,.
WHEREAS, said City Council, after providing notice
thereof as required by law, has held and conducted a Public
Hearing to consider said application and has heard and considered
all pertinent evidence presented thereat,.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Lynwood hereby does find, determine, and order as
follows:
Section 1. That the granting of a Conditional Use
Permit will not be detrimental to ambient quality
of the existing environmental surrounding the
property.
Section 2. That the applicant shall install an
approved fence (four feet six inches (4' 6")
maximum height) along front property line to
provide buffer protection to front commercial
building.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Lynwood approves a Conditional Use Permitlto allow the
operation of a pre-school on lot 159 of Tract 2551; specifically
known as 3550 East Imperial Highway, Lynwood.
