RES.OLUTION.NO. 79-98
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL~OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT
CITY MANAGER AND APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
1979-80 TO APPROPRIATE REQUISITE FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Manager has determined the need for
an Assistant City Manager to assist in the administration of the
City of Lynwood; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the need for the
proposed position .and its budget implications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
hereby:
Directs the City Manager to fill the posit"ion of Assist-
ant City Manager at the salary range of 9M ($2,675.43 - $2,903.12
per month), and approves the amendment to the annual Operating
Budget for the fiscal year 1979-80 appropriating funds for said
position.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this ..4th day of December
1979.
