MINUTES
JUNE 17, 1980
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Atkins called the regular meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency to order at 9:18 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17,
1980, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall.
2, ROLL CALL:
Present: Members - Dennis, Gillanders, Merritt, Tyrell, Atkins
Absent: Members -None
Also Present: Executive Director Koski, General Counsel Martin,
Assistant Executive Director Dragicevich
3, APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On motion by Mr. Merritt, seconded by Mr. Gillanders, the minutes
of the regular meeting held June 3, 1980, were approved as written.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
None.
NEW BUSINESS:
4. RESOLUTION NO. CRA -168: WARRANTS AND DEMANDS
Mr, Gillanders moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA -168 A RESOLUTION
OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING
CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $748.75, DEMAND NO. 804,
seconded by Mr. Dennis and carried.
5. COMMUNICATIONS:
There were no couuaunications .
6, MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS:
None.
7, ADJOURNMENT:
On motion by Mr. Merritt, seconded by Mr, Gillanders, meeting adjourned
at 9:19 p.m. Next regular meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency will be held Tuesday, July 1, 1980, 8 p.m. in the Council
Chamber of the City Hall.
