COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
JULY 1, 1980
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Atkins called the regular meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency to order at 10:03 p,m. on Tuesday, July 1,
1980, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Members - Dennis, Gillanders, Merritt, Tyrell, Atkins
Absent: Members -None
Also Present: Executive Director Koski, General Counsel Martin,
Assistant Executive Director Dragicevich
3, APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On motion by Mr. Gillanders, seconded by Mr. Merritt, the minutes
of the regular meeting held June 17, 1980, were approved as written.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
None.
NEW BUSINESS:
None.
4. COMMUNICATIONS:
None.
5. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS;
Executive Director Koski presented a budget for fiscal year
1980 -81 for Agency review and adoption.
Mr. Tyrell moved to adopt the 1980 -81 budget for Community
Redevelopment Agency in the amount of $317,165, seconded by
Mr, Gillanders and carried.
6. ADJOURNMENT:
On motion by Mr. Dennis, seconded by Mr, Merritt, meeting adjourned
at 10:04 p.m. Next regular meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency will be held Tuesday, July 15, 1980, 8 p.m. in the Council
Chamber of the City Hall.
