AUTHORIZING LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL AND TRANSFER
\VHEREAS, application for renewal of certain Plenary Retail Consumption, Plenary
Retail Distribution, and Club Licenses have been made to the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret as hereinafter set forth; and
\VHEREAS, the Borough Clerk reports that the requisite fee by the applicant has been
paid and is in her office;
BE IT FURTHER RESQL YED that the following License be issued by the Borough of
Carteret and the appropriate officers are hereby authorized to issue the same in the name
of the Borough of eartcret for the period commencing July I, 2009 and eoding June 3D,
2010 upon application filed by:

BE IT THEREFORE RESOL YED, that an application has been filed for a Person-to-
Person Transfer of Plenary Rctail Consumption License #1201-33-009~006 heretofore
issued to Blazing Star Path, LLC: and
\VHEREAS, according to law, the application for transfer was duly advertised in The
Home News Tribune, a newspaper circulated in the Borough of Carteret and no
Objections either verbally or in writing, were filed or made to the Governing Body or to
the Municipal Clerk regarding said transter; and
WHEREAS, the submitted application form is complete in all respects, the fees have
bcen paid and the applicant is qualified to be licensed according to 8-2040;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
ofCarterct, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that ABC License #l201~33-009-
006 heretofore granted to Blazing Star Path, LLC be and same is hereby transferred to the
Borough ofCarteret/Borough ofCarteret Redevelopment Agency, effective November 5,
2009; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOL YED, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of this Person-ta-Person Transfer on behalf of the
Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret; and
BE IT FURTHER RlJ:SOLVED, that two (2) copies of this Resolution be sent forthwith
to the State of New Jersey, Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Alcoholic
Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, eN 087, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087
