HomeMy Public PortalAbout1993-016Member Philip Zietlow adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 93-16 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR TRUNK SANITARY SEWER PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, it is proposed to extend the Hamel sanitary sewer trunk line from the Hamel area northward across T . H . 55 along a line generally parallel to and west of Co. Rd. 116 and to assess the benefitted properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 429. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Medina, Minnesota that the improvement project described above be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. for study as consulting engineers and that they be instructed to report to the city council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed project is feasible and as to the estimated cost thereof . \k/ Dated: April 6, 1993 Anne E .
