COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 16, 1980
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Atkins called the regular meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:39 p.m. on Tuesday, September
16, 1980, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall.
2, ROLL CALL:
Present: Members - Dennis, Gillanders, Merritt, Tyrell, Atkins
Absent: Members -None
Also Present: General Counsel Martin, Assistant Executive Director
Dragicevich
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On motion by Mr. Merritt, seconded by Mr. Gillanders, the minutes of
the regular meeting held September 2, 1980, were approved as written.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
None.
NEW BUSINESS:
4. RESOLUTION NO. CRA -170: WARRANTS AND DEMANDS
Mr. Dennis moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA -170 A RESOLUTION OF
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CERTAIN
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $90.72, DEMAND NO. 809, seconded by
Mr. Gillanders and carried.
5. COMMUNICATIONS:
None.
6. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS:
None.
7. ADJOURNMENT:
On motion by Mr. Dennis, seconded by Mr. Merritt meeting adjourned
at 7:40 p.m. Next regular meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency will be held Tuesday, October 7, 1980, 8 p.m. in the Council
Chamber of the City Hall.
