CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 93-17
RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND
CALL FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON TRUNK WATER MAIN
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the city council on July 27,
1992, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates
regarding the proposed extension of trunk water main along Co. Rd. 116 north of
T.H. 55 and this report has been received by the city council on this date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. The city council will consider the trunk water main extension in
accordance with the report and the assessment of benefitted property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of $203, 250.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement project on the 18th
day of May, 1993 in the council chamber at city hall at 7 : 30 p.m. and
the city clerk -treasurer shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvement as requir�gdl y law.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Mayor Anne Theis.
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Councilmembers Ferris, Johnson, Thies, Zietlow and Mayor Theis.
and the following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
