HomeMy Public PortalAbout1993-018Member Philip Zietlow introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 93-18 RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON TRUNK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the city council on Arpil 6, 1993, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik & Associates regarding the proposed extension of the Hamel sanitary sewer trunk line from the Hamel area northward across T . H . 55 along a line generally parrallel to and west of Co. Rd. 116 and this report has been received by the city council on this date. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota as follows: 1. The city council will consider the trunk sanitary sewer extension in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of $300,750. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement project on the 18th day of May, 1993 in the council chamber at city hall at 7:45 p.m. and the city clerk -treasurer shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
