WHEREAS, the Tax Collector of the Borough ofCarteret has reviewed the Rolls and
detennined that certain monies arc due and payable by the Borough of Carte rei to certain residents and
property owners within the Borough ofCarteret, as a result oran overpayment afTa-xes And/or Sewer
Fees,and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector recommends the immediate reimbursement of the excess
Funds currently collected by the Borough ofCarteret to certain enumerated individuals,
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough ofCarteret. in the County of Middlesex, Slale of New Jersey: that the Tax
Collector is Authorized to immediately refund and pay the overpayment of Taxes And! or Sewer Fees
to the Individuals and property owners of the specific properties listed below and!or attached hereto
