COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
DECEMBER. 2, 1980
Chairman Atkins called the regular meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:58 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2,
1980, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Members- Dennis, .Gillanders, Merritt, Tyrell, Atkins
Absent: Members -None
Also Present: Executive Director Koski, General Counsel Martin
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On motion by Mr. Tyrell, seconded by Mr. Merritt, the minutes of
the regular meeting held November 13, 1980, were approved as
written°
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
None.
NEW BUSINESS:
4. RESOLUTION NO. CRA -172: WARRANTS AND DEMANDS
Mr. Tyrell moved to adopt Resolution No. CRA -172 A RESOLUTION OF
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CERTAIN
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $2,675.00, DEMAND NOS. 812 THRU
814, seconded by Mr. Gillandersa.nd carried.

6, MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS:
None
7. ADJOURNMENT:
On motion by Mr. Tyrell, seconded by Mr. Dennis, meeting adjourned
at 9:00 p.m. Next regular meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency will be held Tuesday, December 16, 1980, 8 pomo in the
Council Chamber of the City Hall.
