AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSE FOR THE 2009-2010 LICENSE TERJ\I
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for the 2009-2010 License Term by the following:
MANUEL A. CANELA
JOHN R. COOK
RUDOLFO JIMENEZ
RUDY A. MEDRANO-MEDINA
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to MANUEL A. CANELA, JOHN R. COOK, RUDOLFO JIMENEZ
AND RUDY A MEDRANO-MEDINA for the 2009-2010 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2009-
2010 License Term to MANUEL A. CANELA, JOHN R. COOK, RUDOLFO
JIMENEZ AND RUDY A. MEDRANO-MEDINA.
Adopted this 17th day of December, 2009
and certified as a tme copy of the
original on December 18,2009.
