AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
MIDDLESEX COUNTY UTILITIES AUTHORITY AND THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET FOR SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with Middlesex County Utilities Authority for Solid Waste Disposal.
Adopted this 17ili day of December, 2009
and certified as a true copy of the
original on December 18, 2009.
