AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETIVEEN
MIDDLESEX COUNTY AND THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS COST RECOVERY
. BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with Middlesex County for Hazardous Materials Cost Recovery.
Adopted this 17th day of December, 2009
and certified as a true copy ofthe
