HomeMy Public PortalAbout1993-024r Member Mayor Theis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 93-24 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR PERMIT TO INSTALL UTILITIES OR TO PLACE UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION IN CITY RIGHT OF WAY WHEREAS, U.S. West Communications , a public utility licensed to do business in the City of Medina, has made application to the City for the installation of buried cable located at Medina Road and Mohawk Drive within the City of Medina; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said application be granted in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted, subject to the following condition: 1. The street and right of way shall be restored to its original condition upon completion of installation and applicant shall be liable for settlement or other damage caused by said installation for a period of one year following completion. ATTEST: k-Trea ur r er Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Philip Zietlow and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Ferris, Johnson, Thies, Zietlow and Mayor Theis. and the following voted against: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 18th day of May , 1993 .
