A RESOLUTION OF THE•CITY COUNC3L.•OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD DECLARING ITS"INTENTION
TO CONDUCT.,.A PUBLIC HEARING~TO~ASCERTAIN
WHETHER A NUISANCE IS BEING MAINTAINED
ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY..:
WHEREAS, the City,Manager~;of.the City of Lynwood
• has recommended that this City Council find the a rer-
tain premises within the City of-Lynwood may__be-maintained
in; such a way.•as„to constitute a nuisance;,and,
WHEREAS, certain procedures are set forth in
Chapter.. 21 of the , City_ Code of the City, pf Lynwood,
.,.pursuant to which nuisances may. be abated,
NOW THfs'REFlORE, . THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD-DOES, HEREBY RESOLtTE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Based upon the aforesaid recommendation of the

2. The conditions of said properties which may
constitute a nuisan;Ce are • described as follory~s : fire
damaged buildings; dangerous; and unsafe buildings; excessive
amount.of debris, junk at~d rub~ae; etc.
3: The method or methods by. which said cond~fa~~xs
could be abated include: complete removal of al's. structures
and clear entire property.
4. This Council therefore declares. i.ts inter~t.ion
to conduct a public hearing pursuant to Chap~er~~21 cif
_ the. _City..Code, of the._Cty. of-:.Lynwood to ascertain .whethet~
the-above described-conditions'~constitute.a'publi~ nuisance,.
the abatement. of which is appropriate under the police-
