RESOLUTION NO. 13-8599
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF OPA LOCKA, FLORIDA, TO AUTHORIZE A
TIME CHANGE FOR THE COMMISSION MEETINGS TO
COMMENCE AT 5 PM INSTEAD OF 7 PM; PROVIDING
FOR INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS,the City Commission meetings normally commence at 7 pm; and
WHEREAS,the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires to change the time of
commencement for Commission Meetings to 5 pm; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka authorizes that the City
Commission meeting henceforth shall be changed from 7pm to 5 pm.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble are hereby incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka, Florida, hereby authorizes
the City Commission meetings of the City of Opa-locka to commence at 5 pm instead of 7 pm.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
