DESIGNATING OFFICIAL TO ISSUE CERTIFICATES AS TO LIABILITY FOR
ASSESSMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that, Katrueen M. Barney,
Mmticipal Clerk, be designated as the person to issue certificates as to liability for
assessments for Murucipal Improvements as provided by R.S. of New Jersey 1937,
Title54-5-l8-3;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that tltis resolution shall take effect inunediately.
Adopted this 3" day ofJanuary, 2010
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 4th, 2010.
