A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CLTY _
OF LYNWOOD; CALIFORNIA, TO APPZY FOR FUNDS.
UNDER.THE TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT, '
FY 197.8-79. ~~
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood,. California, desires
to c'ont-roue participation in a certain project designated
the ,Dial-A-Ride Program funded in part from funds made
available through th'e Transportation Development Act, here-
inafter referred to ws "T,DA," administered by the Southern
California Association of Governments, hereinafter referred
` to as .„SCAG."
WHEREAS, SCAG has been designated to administer
the funds appropriated by the State Legislature and allocated
for, use~in California under the provisions of the law; and
WHEREAS., SCAG has published a Guide for Filing
TDA Claims,-1978-79;. and ~
WHEREAS, SCAG has determined the City of Lynwood to be
eligible for such~a claim.
' NOW, THEREFORE:, THE CITY: COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD,~ CALIFORNIA,-DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
' 1. That the City Council agrees to authorize
submission of its 1978-79 TDA Claim.
