A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT 516 NATIONAL
ROAD WEST
WHEREAS the zoning map designates the property at 516 National Road West as C-1
Limited Commercial District, and
YMEUAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to C-1 Limited Commercial
Special Use District to accomodate, the installation of a restaurant,
NOW, II1ERMPORE, be it ordained by the C;ommon Council of dw City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the inning deter at 516 Nadonal Road West, being Audiftes Map No. 50-05-110-
505.000-29, Richmond, Indiana, be and is hereby changed to C I I3mtiod Commercial Special
Use District t to xd t the Wcalladon of a resumaw pint to Richmond Code
154.30.01.02. The site plan is attached as Exhibit A.
The conditions stipulated in connection therewith are as follows:
�a) No alcoholic beverages can W sold or consumed on the p.

(c) Development of the site shall cov*y with Richmond Code 154.37.00 et seq.
