A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT 1702 CHESTER
BOULEVARD
WHEREAS the zoning map designates real estate at 1702 Chester Boulevard as R-2 One
Family Residence District, and
WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to R-3 One to Eight Family
Residence Special Use District to acoommodathe construction of an
administrative business office or a professional office,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation of the veal estate at 1702 Chester Boulevard, which is Auditor's Map
number 46-29-240-2 000-29 be and is hey changed to R-3 One to Fi mil Residence
Special Use District to the construction of an office not
dependent upon over-the-counter sales or a professional of a as authorized by Richmond Code
154.22.01.02. The site plan is attached Exhibit A. The conditions st mised in connection
therewith are as follows:
(a) The structure be set back from the water line of Cesar Boulevard a total of
75 feet instead of the 50 foet sbows on attached ExWbk A. and
(b) Development of the site shall comply wih Richmond Code 154.37.00 et seq.
because the premises is looted in a Visual Eehanoelr District.
Passed and adopted this 51h day of June, 1995, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana.
