NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA: Resolution No. 13-8604 Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference. Analysis: Rutland Street between NW 23rd Avenue and NW 22nd Avenue experiences frequent flooding and the pavement surface has deteriorated significantly. Under this change order the roadway surface will be milled and resurfaced as necessary in addition the drainage and driveway apron improvements.
