APPOINTING A BOROUGH ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Borough Attomey in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that:

be and is hereby appointed to the position of Borough Attomey, effective January I,
2010, term to expire, December 31, 2012.
