resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 93-31
RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING
CONTRACT FOR GEOTEXTILE FABRIC
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for
geotextile for the Medina Road Street Improvement project, bids
were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department applied the city's
Planar Permeability test to the fabric submitted by the bidders
as specified in the bid proposal;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Medina,
Minnesota that the bid of Geo-Synthetics, Inc. be accepted for
27,300 square yards of "Supac BNPH" fabric @ $.605 per sq. yd. at
a total cost of $16,516.50.
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Philip Zietlow and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: John Ferris, James
Johnson, Thies, Zietlow and Mayor Anne Theis.

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
1993 .
