ESTABLISHING A PETTY-CASH FUND FOR THE BOROUGH
OF CARTERET PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A- 40A:5-21
BE IT RESOLVED tha' pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40'\'5-21 a Petty Cash Fund be
established for the Borough of Carteret upon :final approval from the Division of Local Govemment
Services; and
WHEREAS, said Petty Cash Fund will be maintained and accounted for by the Purchasing Department
in the amount of$400.00; and
WHEREAS, the Custodian of said :fund will be bonded with corporate surety in the amount of
$1,000.00.
