RESOLUTION. N0. 78-52
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ADOPTING THE REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER RELATING TO THE
SERVICE NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN, IMPROVE AND ILLUMINATE BY
ELECTRICAL ENERGY ALL THE STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM IN THE
SAID CITY OF LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Lynwood
did, on the 6th day of June,-1978,.fi1e with the City Clerk,
as ordered by Resolution No. ,78-39 of the City Council of the
City ofLynwood adopted April 18,_1978, a report relating to
the service necessary to maintain., improve and illuminate by
means of electrical energy all street lamps in the City of
Lynwood, said written report being in compliance witYi Chapter 3,
- Section 18660 of the Streets-and Highways Code of the State of
California.
~. NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Gity Council
of the City of Lynwood that said report, with addendum, is
.hereby approved and adopted as a whole, as the report.for all
subsequent proceedings had hereunder. .
PASSED and.ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1978.
