WHEREAS, the City Cquneal of the City of Lynwood has ~~
heretofore approved an agreement°with Carl Warren and Company
fob eertaln ser ices in administerln~ a program of self-insurance;
and
- WHEREAS, a proposed amendment has been presented by
.Carl Warren and Company; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve the agree-
ment° as amended.
NOW,_ THEREFORE, the City Council hereby .does resolve
