TO COLLECT SAID CHARGES.
WHEREAS, the fees ,presently charged for performing
certain munica_pal services is lower than actual cost and
whereas the passage of Proposition 13 caused a substantial

decrease in revenue, adjustments on said fees .are hereby
established and Resolution No. 7535 is hereby repealed
TIILRE:FORE} th.e City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows,
.Section 1. That Ordinance No. 709 of the City of
Lynwood adopted the 5th day of October, 1960, prescribes the method,
~~ specifications, and renuirements for establishing regulations for
making excavations anal performance of other work in public streets
