A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD SETTING FORTH THE FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR
TREE TRIMMING, SIDEWALK REPAIR AND DUMP'I~:G~~ NOT
SPECIFICALLY COVERED BY ORDINANCE, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY TO COLLECT SAID CHARGES.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1. Whereas, heretofore the City of Lynwood
has provided certain services without charge; however, as a
result of the financial crisis created by the passage of
Proposition 13, the following charges are established for
services to be performed at the request of the property owner:
1. Tree Removal $150..00 each
2. Tree Trimming:
Height 25 feet or less 30.00
Height 25 feet or more 60.00
Permit-fee (not-returnable). 4.00
3. Concrete Sidewalk and Drive ~ .~0/sq.ft./in.
Apron Repairs (minimum 4" thick)
4. Dumping 5.00 per load
Section 2. That the Accounting Officer of said
city is hereby authorized to make such additional charges for.
materials and services not specifically mentioned above, but
charges shall be the actual cost of said materials or services
performed. Said charges shall be-.paid at the cashier of said
city.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 29th day of June, 1978.
