A.RESOLUTION'OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD'ORDERING.THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
EDISON COMPANY TO FURNISH THE SERVICE NECES-. "

WHF,REAS; the City Council of the City of Lynwood, California',
did on the 5th'day of.July, 1978, adopt Resolution No. 78-65ordering-
the work .and:leVying the assessment for service necessary to maintain
and illuminate ..all street lights in the City of .Lynwood,, and '
`YHEREAS, Yt~is determined that'there is only one contractor
practa.cally'capable'of servicing said Lighting ,Maintenance Dist•rict:as
described~n said.Resolution of intention No.. 78-65 ,, of .said City, and
WHEREAS; said contractor is subject to the jurisdiction of the
Public"Utilities Commission of the State of California, Now,: therefore,

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of-Lynwood as follows:.
1. That the City-Council does hereby order said improvement.
to be carried out by.°Southern California Edison Company, .a corporation,
in accordance with rates and rules filed by them from time to time with
