ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2008-2009
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
FUNDS WITHIN THE USS JEFFERSON CITY SUBMARINE TRUST FUND.
WHEREAS, The USS Jefferson City Submarine Trust Fund Committee wishes to participate in
commissioning events which will be held in Jefferson City on August 22,2009; and
WHEREAS, The USS Jefferson City Submarine Trust Fund Committee requests a supplemental
appropriation of$1,200 to the operating budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the USS Jefferson City
Submarine Trust Fund $1,200 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
