RESOLUTION NO. 13-8609
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
OPA LOCKA, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 13-8578, TO
EXTEND INTERIM MEMBERS' TIME TO SERVE ON THE
PLANNING COUNCIL UNTIL JULY 31, 2013; PROVIDING FOR
INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS,the City Commission passed Resolution 13-8578,approving the extension of
time for interim members to serve on the Planning Council; and
WHEREAS,pursuant to Resolution No. 13-8578,the Planning Council members'time to
serve was extended until May 2013; and
WHEREAS,the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka,desires to further extend the
time of the interim members of the Planning Council to serve until July 31, 2013.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble hereby incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka, hereby further extends the
time of interim members of the Planning Council until July 31, 2013.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of May, 2013.
