APPOINTING A BOROUGH PROSECUTOR
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Borough Prosecutor in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that

be and is hereby appointed to the position of Borough Prosecutor, effective January 1,
2010, term to expire December3.l, 2010.
