' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCI,I, OF THE
CITY OF~LYNWOOD DECLARING ITS INTENTION;
TO=CONDUCT A~PU.BLIC,HEARING.TO.ASCERTAIN
-,WHETHER A NUISANCE.IS;BEING MAINTAINED '
ON PROPERTY GENERALLY-KNOWN AS 11616

WHEREAS „the. City Manager of,the City of Lynwood, has re-
commended that this City Council find a certain premise
within.the City of Lynwood:~may be maintained in such a-way as
tp constitute a nuisance..; and,., __, __
WHEREAS, certain procedures are set forth in,Chapter 21 of -.
the City Code of,the City of Lynwood, pursuant to which.;nuisances may,...:
be. abated; ~ ~ '~
NOW,. THEREFORE~,.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF~~LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE,AS FOLLOWS: '
1.~Based,upon the .aforesaid recommendations,.of~the City Manager,
this,Cpuncii hereby. finds and determines that the following described
property.. may. be. presently being maintained in such a, manner as.to
constitute,a nuisance. Said property is..,described as 'Lot 1376 of~
Tract. 3389, and. is generally, known as 11616 Fir Street, Lynwood,
California.
2: The conditions, of said'property..which.may constitute;a
nuisance are described as follows:
a.. debris and'rubble•from;.burned out garage
b. yards overgrown
. c ,, general ;poor, maintenance . ,
3. The method or. methods, by which said conditions could be.
abated include:
a. remove debris and.,rubble frpm burned;, out garage.
b,: • clean, yards,. of all' overgrowth,,..
c. provide continual maintenance.`
4. This ,Council therefore; declares.. its intention to•epnduct a
public .hearing. pursuant, to Chapter., 21 of the City Code, of the ~; City of F
Lynwood to ascertain whether the above-described conditions constitute
a public„nuisance, the abatement`of;which is appropriate,-under the, `
Police ppwer of the City of;;Lynwpod.,
5. The~City Council, is authorized and directed tp.fix.the time

copies of this, Resolution in the manner set forth in .Section 21-18.
