. A.. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ,COUNCIL OF THE
CITY ,OF LYNWOOD DECLARING ITS. INTENTION
, TO,CONDUCT A. PUBLIC HEARING TO ASCERTAIN
WHETHER A_NUISANCE~IS BEING MAINTAINED

EL SEGUNDO BOULEVARD, LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA.,.
WHEREAS, the.City.,Manager,of the,Cty of•Lynwood has-;re-
commended.that•this:City Council find that a certain premise
within ahe City of Lynwood,.may be.mantained~in such a way as'
to constitute a nuisance;.and.,,
WHEREAS, certain.; procedures are set ,forth in Chapter 21 of
the City Code of the City of:.Lynwood,,pursuant:to which nuisances
may be abated,
NOW,., THEREFORE, THE•CITY COUNCIL; OF«THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES'
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS.:
1. Based upon,the aforesaid.recommendations of the City,Manager
this Council hereby,finds.and determines that the following described
prop'erty_may_be presently,: being maintained in such a, manner as to
constitute a nuisance. Said property is described as Lot 27 of
Be,11e ~, Vernon Acres and is. ~ ~ '
,. , generally known as 3200 £1 Segundo;;,
Boulevard, Lynwood, ,California.
2. The conditions'of said,.;property which may constitute`a
nuisance are described as follows :S ''

4: This. Councl~therefore declares its intention to conduct,`
a public hearing pursuant.•to Chapter 21 of the City_Code of;the.City.
of Lynwood, to ascertain whether the above-described conditions~~'con-.
stitute a~public:nuisance, the abatement of which is appropriate
under the Police power, of.the,City of Lynwood:.- ~ ~~
5. The City Council is authorized and dir.ected-to fix the time
and place for said public hearing and to serve and post certified:
