APPOINTING lVIUNICIPAL AUDITOR
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Municipal Auditor in the Borough ofCarteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough ofCarteret that

be and is hereby appointed to the position of Municipal Auditor, effective January 1,
2010, term to expire December 31, 2010.
