APPOINTING BOROUGH ENGINEER
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Borough Engineer in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that:
Donald J. Norbut
be it and is hereby appointed to the position of Borough Engineer, effective January 1,
2010, term to expire December 31, 2010.
Adopted this 3" day of January, 2010
and certified as a tme copy of the
original on January 4th, 2010.
