CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 93-37
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL FOR A LOT
DIVISION/COMBINATION AT 2964 LAKE SHORE AVENUE
WHEREAS, Dennis G. Klages, Wanda L. Klages and Monica R. Klages
(Applicants) are the owners of certain property located at 2964 Lake Shore Avenue,
which property is legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested that the parcels be divided and
combined in accordance with the legal descriptions on Exhibit B attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the matter has been reviewed by the planning commission and city
council for compliance with city standards and procedures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that final approval is hereby granted to the Applicants for the
above described lot division/combination, subject to the following conditions:
1. The small building on the vacant portion of the property must be removed from
the site on or before November 1, 1993; and
2. The Applicant must pay to the City an administrative fee in an amount
sufficient to reimburse the City for its costs and expenses in reviewing this
application.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
John Ferris
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof :
Councilmembers Ferris, Zietlow and Mayor Anne Theis.
and the following voted against same: None.
Absent: Councilmember s James Johnson and Ann Thies.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Lot 2 and the North half of the West 75.00 feet of Lot 21, Block 20, "Independence
Beach, Hennepin County, Minnesota", and that part of the East 10 feet of Lake Shore
Avenue, as vacated, which lies between the westerly extensions of the North line of
said Lot 2 and the South line of the North half of said Lot 21.

The South half of the West 75.00 feet of Lot 21, Block 20, "Independence Beach,
Hennepin County, Minnesota", and that part of the East 10 feet of Lake Shore
Avenue, as vacated, which lies between the westerly extensions of the North line of
said South half of Lot 21 and the South line of said Lot 21.

of the East 10 feet of Lake Shore Avenue, as vacated, which lies between the
westerly extensions of the North and South lines of said Lot 2.
