APPOINTING CONSULTING PLANNERS
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Consulting Planner in the Borough of Carterel; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough ofCarteret that

BEACON PLANNING
T&M ASSOCIATES
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Consulting Planner, effective January 1,
2010, term to expire December 31, 2010.
Adopted this 3" day of January, 2010
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 4th, 2010.
