A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ESTABLISHINGA FEE FOR
ANIMAL IDENTIFICATION TAGS ~'
WHEREAS, 3ection~5-22 of the Lynwood City
Code provides for the issuance of identification t~ge #or
cats at the option of the owner of the cats,-and
WHEREAS, said section provides a fee for
such tags pe established by City Council resolution,
' and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish such
feee
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the
City~of Lynwood resolves that the fee for providing for identifi-
cation~tag~ for cats under Section 5-22 of the Lynwood City Code
hereby is fixed at $50000
PASSED AND APPROVED this lst day of August, _
