A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM SECURITY PACIFIC NATIONAL BANK TO HOME BANK.
WHEREAS, the,City Council of the City of
Lynwood has the following accounts at Security Pacific
National Bank: Pass Book, Demand and Payroll Accounts;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to transfer
monies on hand in those accounts in new accounts to be
opened at Home Bank.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council hereby does
resolve .as follows:
The City Treasurer is authorized a~ ~' " . ;-4;; ~~,;'
to close accounts at Security Pacific National Bank,
withdraw funds and deposit monies in accounts at Home
Bank.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of August,
