RESOLUTION N0. 78-87
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE OPENING OF ACCOUNT
OR ACCOUNTS WITH HOME BANK.
RESOLVED, that this-corporation open an account or"
accounts with HOME BANK, and that until such authority is
revoked by Sealed Notification to said Bank of such action by
the City Council of the City of Lynwood, Dave M. Richman,
City Treasurer, and Councilman George W. Higgins and Councilman
E. L. Morris of the City of Lynwood be and they are
authorized "any two acting together."
to execute checks-and other items for and on behalf of this
corporation.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that this corporation hereby agrees to
the conditions printed in the Pass Book issued in connection
-~ - `with its accouritJwith Home .Bank, and to the By-Laws. and rules
of said Bank as to all deposits and withdrawals made on said
account and as to other transactions with said Bank.
I hereby certify that I am the duly qualified City Clerk
of the City of Lynwood, ,a Corporation, .,that the foregoing is a full,
true .and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted by the City
Council at a meeting of said Council regularly held on. August 15,
1978.
