APPOINTING SPECIAL LEGAL COUNSEL
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Special Legal Counsel in the Borough of Carteret; and
'VHEREAS, it is in the best .interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that
MCMANIMON & SCOTLAND

be and is hereby appointed to the position of Special Legal Counsel, ~ffective January I,
2010, term to expire December 31, 2010.
