A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
,: OF LYNWODD AUTHORIZING-ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT .
. NECESSARY FOR"PUBLIC UTILITIES ACCESS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the acceptance of an easement for access to fire lines
-pursuant to Section 13.301 of the Uniform Fire Code in Parcel 8, of the
San Antonio- Rancho of"the City is necessary ,for the welfare and safety
of the. public, and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by the acquisition of an easement necessary
for_said access,' ,
t NOW, THEREFORE, BE.-IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF'THE~~
CITY OF LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Suction 1. It is the intention of the City Council of
the City of Lynwood to accept the-,easement described in Exhibit "A" and
shown iri ExYiibit "B" .
Section 2: -That the City Council authorize and direct
City Staff to take whatever steps necessary to accept this easement in.
accordance-with the terms and conditions as set forth above.
