A RESOLUTION .OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYN:WOOD TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
FOR FUNDS TO THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ASSOC-
IATION OF GOVERNMENTS FOR A HOUSING OPPORTUNITY
OUTREACH PROGRAM
WHEREAS ,. the United States Department of Housing and
-Urban Development has awarded the Southern California Associat-ion
of.Governments.a special grant to implement their Areawide.Housing
Opportunity Program; and
- - WHEREAS.=the Southern California Association of Govern-
ments has made these funds available to local governments; and
WHEREAS, the City of'Lynwood is eligible to receive such
funds for information and outreach efforts,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the :City Council of
the. City of Lynwood submit a grant application to the Southern
California Association. of Governments for a Housing Opportunity
Outreach Program.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October 1.978•
